Scenic (the operator, a Hong Kong limited company) provides the software you use to build tours, invite guests, and, once it opens, list tours in the Tour Finder. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
You need to be able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. You're responsible for anything done through your account, including invitations you send and content you publish to guests.
Don't use Scenic to break the law, harass anyone, publish someone else's content without permission, or send unsolicited marketing. Don't try to interfere with the service, scrape at scale, or resell the platform as your own.
The tours, notes, photos and guest details you put into Scenic belong to you. You give us the permissions we need to host, display and deliver them to the people you invite, and to run the service on your behalf.
Scenic is not the merchant of record for tours listed in the Tour Finder. Riders book with the operator on the operator's own platform; the resulting booking is a contract between rider and operator. Scenic invoices the operator a commission on bookings attributed via the Scenic referral link or discount code. Listings require identity and business verification, which confirms the operator exists; it is not an endorsement of tour safety or quality. Final Tour Finder and referral terms are confirmed before the store opens. What we describe today is our intent, not a binding commitment on numbers or timing.
Scenic is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the service running, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error free, or fit for a specific purpose. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the preceding twelve months (which for most guides is nothing).
We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll let you know by email or an in-app notice with reasonable notice before they take effect. Continuing to use Scenic after that means you accept the updated terms.
